Purchasing tickets for an RSPCA ACT event

• Cancellations Made 7 or More Days Before the Event
  • A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event date.
• Cancellations Made Between 7 and 2 Days Before the Event
  • A 50% refund of the ticket price will be provided for cancellations made between 7 and 2 days prior to the event date.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Event
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date, except under exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Event Cancellation by the Organiser
  • In the event of cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event, if applicable.
